Psyche Yourself Up!


Cigarette smoking is both physical and psychological in nature. The brain signals you to start smoking while your body reacts to it with feelings (pain, uneasiness, etc.) for you to give in to the temptation. Either way, you will definitely feel that something is lacking once you undergo nicotine withdrawal because the habit has already been programmed as part of your system. The solution – psyche up yourself!


To successfully beat the habit, psyche up and always remind yourself that you have plenty of reasons to quit more than you have to go on with the habit. Learning how to stop smoking for the right reasons is far better than trying to quit for nothing at all.
