 Many people think that successfully learning how to stop smoking totally lies on beating cigarette sticks and nothing more. What they do not know is that cigarette per se is not the biggest obstacle in their journey but the nicotine it contains.



Its addicting effect abates after a certain period without smoking, but taking in similar addicting substances other than nicotine will bring you back to the starting point. Coffee, alcoholic beverages, sugary products and other addicting drugs will give you the urge to try cigarette smoking once again. As a result, you may find smoking a stick in no time.
