Change Your Smoking Habit by Changing Your Routines


Cigarette smoking is a habit in itself, but the triggers are comprised of more habits that you associate with smoking. As a result, you end up smoking just by doing things that are connected to it. The solution – change your routines.


Your urge to smoke doesn't just pop up out of nowhere. It is often triggered by activities that are often done with your smoking habit. If you are used to doing it every morning over breakfast, change your eating place, or if you often sip a cup of coffee while smoking, change your drink to chocolate.

Every time you feel the urge, try doing something new to break the chain.
