When to Expect the Urge Attacks of Cigarette Smoking


Cigarette smoking has its paybacks that you can feel upon quitting the habit. One of the best ways to fight the urge to smoke is to know when to expect its attacks. The urge to smoke often comes out during times of stress, utter enjoyment and fun (like in parties), and idle times when your body is resting but not your mind.


You may feel the urge to smoke a stick or two, but unlike dieting that has its own cheat days, cheating your break from cigarette smoking may get you a regular habit once again. When you do feel the need to smoke, just relax and steer clear from any thoughts while focusing on something else. It’s an effective way to fight smoking.
