Quitting
cigarette smoking entails knowing what cigarette smoking really is. You do not

cigarette contains more than 4,000 chemicals, and all of them may cause harmful
effects to the body. Most of them are also cancerous but none of them are

feel every day.
The first better
option (but not final solution) in quitting cigarette smoking is to stop
inhaling the cancerous chemicals by feeding your body only with the addicting
substance – nicotine. Nicotine gums are famous for this reason.
