No one will
argue that the best way to quit smoking is to stay away from anything that has
something to do with it as much as you can. A quitter’s determination may
weaken if reminders of the habit scatter all over your place, such as ash trays,
lighters, left over cigarette packs or even representations like pictures (of
it or of you smoking). Same as how a memorable picture brings back the emotions
of the time it was shot, the same thing happens upon seeing things associated
with smoking.
Cigarette
smoking is a bad habit that’s not worth reminiscing, but your journey in
fighting the habit is something that you have to treasure all your life as many
people fail to win over it.
